Our charge of service is quite flexible. There are two ways usually we charge. First, we charge our customers commission according to the total purchased amount. Second, we directly quote the FOB price to our customers, which includes our service cost. First charge method is usually chosen for the customers, who visit Yiwu and buy a lot of products with big amount. Second charge method is usually chosen by the customers, who are not coming to Yiwu or Yiwu market. We are their suppliers. Of course, it is not absolute, we are flexible to satisfy our customers.
Usually, our service includes all processes for an international buyer. It could be customized according to the requirements of our customers. Higher service requirements are surely caused to high charge. That is why we like the customers with high service requirements.
Sure. Yiwu market is quite complicated. Most booths owners have no idea how to satisfy the customer with high quality requirements. Some customers were disappointed with Yiwu quality, and would rather go back to purchase from Guangdong with higher price. Our commission is not fixed, but flexible. It depends on the requirements of customers on service. We try our best to make service worthy every penny. The commission usually is from 5% – 10%. Please talk details with us, then we figure out it together.
In some case, our commission is surely a little higher because our customers are thinking more about business secure and service profession. A lot of trading company advertise to charge 1% commission. Please think how they can survive.
