Yiwu Economic Crime Investigation Brigade published the survey results recently (investigate period: Aug.6th,2017~Aug.20th, 2017), there are ELEVEN foreign trading companies have problems that data cannot be collected/person cannot contacted/address is not right, they are on the blacklist now. As a reminder to the business households & booth owners, here is the detail information:
- Zhejiang Modern Trading Company(浙江现代贸易）
ADD: Room 201, Unit 6 Building No.5, Zhaozai District 2

Complaints: this company date is not complete
Economic Crime Investigation Brigade(“ECIB”): it has moved to another address(unknown), and the person in charge cannot be contacted.
- AB Trading Company(B公司）
ADD: 4th floor Unit 5 Building No.3, Zhaozai District 2

Complaints: they don’t pay the goods over 6 months, and calls cannot get through.
“ECIB”: no one at this company address, phones no answer, the landlord said there are many people come here for payment.
- Yiwu Dafei Trading Company(义乌市达飞贸易商行）
ADD: 5th floor No. 157 Chouzhou North Road

Complaints: they don’t pay the goods and calls cannot get through, always power off.
“ECIB”: no one at this company address, phones power off, the landlord said he cannot contact them also, and the rent expired by end of Aug.
- KI International Trading Company(KI国际贸易）
ADD: Room 303, unit 1 Building No. 27, Chuangchun District 3

Complaints: it is the first time to cooperate, the company want credit payment for goods, we wonder if it’s reliable?
“ECIB”: Contact the company, they give a mobile phone end in “2381”, ECIB called “2381” and asked her to fill the table, but after 2 weeks, she didn’t do that as request. She said she is not trading company and cannot fill the table.
- PTI International Trading Company(PTI国际贸易有限公司）
ADD: Room 307, Building No. 109, JiZhai District 1

Complaints: the company didn’t pay the goods in 2 months as promised, now calls cannot get through, and message didn’t reply.
“ECIB”: visit and found it’s wrong address at all, no person can be contacted.
- Yiwu Hamanashi Trading Company(义乌哈玛娜什贸易）
ADD: Room 1109, 11th Floor Futian Building

Complaints: First time to cooperate with them, but they didn’t pay the goods in one month as promised, now calls cannot get through.
“ECIB”: landlord said the rent expired in Feb. 2018, but he knows little about this company, the company closed and no person can be contacted.
- Yadu Trading Company(亚都）
ADD: Room 302, Unit 2 Building No.1 Yinhai District 2

Complaints: it’s the time to pay goods, this company said no money, they didn’t answer the phone and put my contacts in blacklist.
“ECIB”: visit the address many times but no one there. Phones power off, the landlord said a foreigner rent the house and renewed every year since May 2014, but he knows nothing about its business.
- P International Trading Company(G.P国际贸易有限公司）
ADD: Room 1013, 10th Floor District C Jin fu yuan

Complaints: they didn’t pay the goods on promised date.
“ECIB”: visit the address, it said it’s on holiday and no person there. A week later, the phone get through but it’s foreign language cannot communicate.
- Ni A Zi Trading Company(尼阿姿公司）
ADD:Room 2119, Jin Mao Building

Complaints: It is heard this company’s reputation is not good, how is it?
“ECIB”: it is closed when visiting the address, saying on business trip and will be back Yiwu in one week.
Later contacted this company, it said the rent will expire in Sept.2017, the company won’t exists any more.
- XI ER TUO DE(希尔托德）
ADD:Room 402,4th floor Building No. 69, Zhaizai Street No.3

Complaints: this company’s information is not completed.
“ECIB”: visit the address, a foreigner rent there, but not a company, only for living using.
- Yiwu Atlanta Trading Company(义乌市亚特兰大贸易公司）
ADD:Room 203, No. 18th Building No. 18 Xingzhong District

Complaints: It’s time for paying the goods, but the phones power off always and cannot get through.
“ECIB”: visiting the address, the room is no one there, landlord said a foreigner live here, his translator will come over occasionally. The rent has expired and didn’t pay the bill of water and electricity, he didn’t see this foreigner for longtime. The phone is power off and not used.
In conclusion, the top principle of international trade is to make business safe. In Yiwu or China, lots of trading companies are closed and opened every month, finding a reliable agent is most important for goods quality, service, payment security and long term, stable business. Focusing on lowest commission will lead to unexpected risk. Business based on mutual benefit is long term run.
